In 1961 Tchai Plastics was established in Overschie and made show materials. Tchai went producing gradually counter displays and floor displays. In 1989 the name changed in Tchai Displays. In the nineties Tchai grew to a multinational and, since then, focussed more and more in the international market.
Since October 2000 we are: Tchai International. Specialized in designing and producing instore communication solutions. For example display units (wall displays, floor displays and counter displays), shelf management, shop in shops, digital media / narrow casting and complete retail solutions. The main office Tchai International is established in Ridderkerk since 1988.
To be able to offer our international clients a first class service Tchai has entered into various partnerships and joint ventures. Since the beginning of 2008 Tchai has a joint venture in India under the name Tchai GMT, as well as a joint venture in Indonesia, under the name Reklet-Tchai Indonesia. We also have a partnership with Frank Mayer and Associates in North and South America. They are one of the biggest American instore communication specialists.
During the years Tchai has build up an extensive network with partners for market research, production, digital media and service merchandising. Tchai International is member of the trade organisations GIC and POPAI Benelux.
